Other Terms & Conditions
Reservations for days/times are made on a first-come first-serve basis.
Monthly customers can reserve days/times up to 6 months in advance (paid on a monthly basis).
Full days = 8 hours
Half days = 4 hours.
Extra Storage Shelf - $15 per month.
Freezer plug-in/storage - $20 per month.
Cooler storage (without weekly rental) - $20 per month.

No cooking supplies, cookware, utensils, and/or cleaning materials are included.
All trash must be bagged and deposited in dumpster. No loose trash in dumpster.
Not responsible for any items left in walk-in coolers or on tables.

Layout of kitchens are different but square footage is the same.
Management can terminate contracts at any time.
