Cancellation Policy
- Kitchen #1 or #2 may be rented after contract is signed and deposit paid, due with signed contract. - Reservations for days/times are made on a first-come first-served basis. - Rental period must include setup and clean up time. - Rental rate is based on a 4-hour or 8-hour period. - Tenants who exceed their 4 or 8 hour rental period will be charged an additional 4 hour rental. - Tenants can reserve up to 3 months in advance. - No cooking supplies, cookware, utensils, and/or cleaning materials are included with rentals. - Not responsible for any items left in walk-in cooler or on tables. - Appliances and supplies marked by tenants ARE NOT TO BE USED by other tenants. - Shelf space is reserved for tenants who use the kitchen at least one day per week. - Current tenants will be given priority in scheduling reservations. - Tenants responsible for ensuring kitchen is clean after each rental (additional $200 cleaning charge may be assessed). - Clean up is included in the total rental time. - All trash is to be bagged, tied, and boxes flattened and placed in dumpster. - No smoking, drugs, or alcohol (except for cooking use ONLY) is allowed on premises. - Cancellation must be made in writing (text or email) and received at least one week in advance of reservation date and time. - No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than one week of reservation date and time.
