Cancellation Policy

- Kitchen #1 or #2 may be rented after contract is signed and deposit paid, due with signed contract. - Photo of primary vehicle used by tenant and tenant's staff due with signed contract. - Kitchen reservations MUST be made online. Reservations paid by credit card are confirmed. - Discount for cash or ACH. Cash or ACH reservations are not confirmed until payment is received. - Cash payments will be accepted at Grow On at AG Farm during farm open hours. - ACH payments must be received by 1st of the month, reservations will not be available until payment is received. - If payments due are not received by 1st of the month, reservations will not be available until payment is received. - Reservations for days/times are made on a first-come first-served basis. - Rental period must include setup and clean up time. - Rental rate is based on a 4-hour or 8-hour period. - Tenants who exceed their 4 or 8 hour rental period will be charged an additional 4 hour rental. - Tenants can reserve up to 3 months in advance. - No cooking supplies, cookware, utensils, and/or cleaning materials are included with rentals. - Tenants to provide ALL their own supplies and storage containers: cookware, utensils, cleaning materials, rags, etc. - Tenants to clearly mark/label own storage and cooler shelf(s) and agree NOT to use other tenants' supplies. - Not responsible for any items left in walk-in cooler, on tables, or unmarked shelves. - Appliances and supplies marked by tenants ARE NOT TO BE USED by other tenants. - Shelf space is reserved for tenants who use the kitchen at least one day per week. - Current tenants will be given priority in scheduling reservations. - Tenants responsible for ensuring kitchen is clean after each rental (additional $200 cleaning charge may be assessed). - Clean up is included in the total rental time. - All trash is to be bagged, tied, and boxes flattened and placed in dumpster. - No liquids or loose trash in dumpster. - Tenants agree to notify owner ASAP with any problems in kitchen (i.e., drains, appliances, cooler not working; something broken, areas not well cleaned. - No smoking, drugs, or alcohol (except for cooking use ONLY) is allowed on premises. - Cancellations must be made ONLINE seven (7) days before the scheduled rental for full refund; 3-6 days are refunded half; less than 3 days are non-refundable. - Rates may increase as demands/rental requests increase - tenants to be given 30 days prior notice of any rate changes.
