Secure an 4-hour rental slot in our Front Kitchen #1. This service is ideal for short-term production needs or singular event prep in a professional workspace. No storage space included. Contract and deposit of $150 required before rental. Cleanup time included. Kitchen #1 rental includes: 1 Electric Range 2 Electric Blodgett Commercial Ovens 1 Microwave 1 6x8 Walk-in Cooler with Shelves 1 Three-Partitioned Sink 1 Hand Sink 9 Stainless Steel Tables: One - 2 foot Seven - 4 foot One - 8 foot 5 Shelving Units 1 Stainless Steel Rolling Cart 2 Sheet Pan Racks 1 Mop Bucket and Mop 1 Broom and Dust Pan
Cancellation Policy
- Kitchen #1 or #2 may be rented after contract is signed and deposit paid. - Reservations for days and times are made on a first-come first-served basis. - One Time Use rate is based on a 4 or 8 hour day, as arranged. Additional hours incur an additional hourly rate. - No cooking supplies, cookware, utensils, and/or cleaning materials are included with rental. - Not responsible for any items left in walk-in cooler or on tables. - Appliances and supplies marked by tenants ARE NOT TO BE USED by other tenants. - Shelf space is reserved for tenants who use the kitchen at least one day per week. - Current tenants will be given priority in scheduling reservations. - Renters are responsible for cleaning the kitchen after each use and a $200 cleaning charge may be assessed. - Clean up is included in the total rental time. - All trash is to be bagged and tied, all boxes to be broken-down, and placed in dumpster. - No smoking, drugs, or alcohol (except for cooking use ONLY) is allowed on premises. - Cancellation with refund must be made in writing at least one week in advance of reservation date and time. - No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than one week of reservation date and time.
