Cancellation Policy

- Kitchen #1 or #2 may be rented after contract is signed and deposit paid. - Reservations for days and times are made on a first-come first-served basis. - Monthly customers (renters) can reserve up to 6 months in advance (paid on a monthly basis). - One day rental rate is based on an 8 hour day. Additional hours incur an additional hourly rate. - Weekly rental rates are based on an 8 hour day or 4 hour half-day. 8 hour days are usually scheduled from 8:00-4:00 or 4:00-12:00 midnight. - Customers are responsible for providing all supplies needed during kitchen use - no cooking supplies, cookware, utensils, and/or cleaning materials are included. - Not responsible for any items left in walk-in cooler or on tables. - Appliances and supplies marked by customers ARE NOT TO BE USED by other customers. - Shelf space is reserved for tenants who use the kitchen at least one day per week. - Current customers will be given priority in scheduling reservations. - Renters are responsible for cleaning the kitchen after each use and a $25 fee will be charged for each area not left clean at the end of each use. - Clean up is included in the total rental time. - All trash is to be bagged and placed in dumpster. - No smoking, drugs, or alcohol (except for cooking use ONLY) is allowed on premises. - Cancellation with refund must be made in writing at least one week in advance of reservation date and time. - No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than one week of reservation date and time. - No refunds for any unused days/hours on regular weekly rentals.
